FAQ

We ask for a 6-month initial commitment to allow compounding operational optimizations. After that, it rolls month-to-month with a 30-day notice period.

Unused minor enhancement hours do not roll over, but we proactively use any spare bandwidth to run security audits, tune prompt latency, or clean up database logs.

Retainer clients get priority SLA-backed support. We respond to high-priority system blockers within 2 hours, and minor bugs within 12 hours.

We can host them on a secure, dedicated server for you, or we can deploy them inside your own cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/n8n Cloud) and maintain them there.
