West Summit Consulting operates as a UK Limited Company and provides services on a genuine B2B project basis. Our engagements are structured to remain Outside-IR35.
Engagement Model
We do not provide "body shopping" or staff augmentation. Every engagement is defined by a clear Statement of Work with specific deliverables and fixed milestones. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and are responsible for the technical outcomes of our builds.
Compliance Criteria
Our contracts and working practices are reviewed against the three key pillars of IR35 status:
- Control: We determine the specific methods and technical architecture used to achieve the project goals.
- Substitution: We reserve the right to provide a suitably qualified substitute to perform the services if required.
- Mutuality of Obligation: There is no obligation for the client to offer further work, nor for us to accept it, beyond the scope of the current SOW.
Business Infrastructure
West Summit Consulting maintains its own professional indemnity insurance, provides its own equipment, and manages multiple clients simultaneously, demonstrating a clear business-to-business relationship rather than disguised employment.
